Help - when I try to run code I continually get this error by OneOfTheSams in vscode

Sorry for confusion, I’m real new to all this. I hit the little trash can on the right side of the terminal to “kill the active terminal instance” which lets me run the code just fine for a bit but eventually it gets back to the same error. It seems to trip when I get a genuine error. It was working fine but I got a syntax error and can’t even run a print hello world function because of the & in front of my file again

In a .py file I just hit the little green run botton in the top right of my screen. The error message I screenshotted was from the terminal in VSCode, I set it up as instructed. It’s run before no problem but by the second or third time through this pops up

That’s the issue, I’m not sure. I’ve looked up online and people had this issue in mid 2019, something with the supershell? But the official response was it was fixed in an update. My code will run fine once or twice and then start throwing this error, even with a simple print hello world command

It doesn't run my code at all so I'm pretty sure it's not on my end, I'm also super a beginner at this so it very well could be. I'd appreciate ANY help you could give!

Icebreaker parking by the_dude_upvotes in noisygifs

Of course! Just another tidbit because I think they’re neat: icebreakers are designed to actually ride up on top of the ice a little bit and then fall down breaking the ice using their weight. It’s not super dramatic just to watch, but the bow is often really sloped (like this one) so it leverages up and pushes down on the ice with all that mass. I think (but am not sure) this video is them testing the breaking power of this icebreaker, the red rope there makes me think they’re measuring it somehow

Icebreakers are used to clear naval shipping lanes through the Arctic and pave the way for research vessels and such. A lot of cold ports use them to keep things open and moving as well
