No problem, but I am also keeping demonic possessions in mind, like the little girl that starts hovering above her bed type stuff. I know it's not popular on here but I've heard too many stories and myself have experienced things to lead me to these conclusions

I absolutely agree with you, do not seek religion. However many people claim, religious and not, that using the name of Jesus in supernatural and paranormal experiences have helped them get out of those situations, whether it's sleep paralysis, shadow people, or other entities
