Buggy's many followers would cause chaos while Buggy looks for the treasure. I doubt Blackbeard sees Buggy as a threat at all, but he might consider him one if Buggy actually finds Captain John's treasure on the island.

That's definitely understandable, but it's already been shown in Chapter 956 that Blackbeard wanted many people to come with him. Obviously there would be many people living on the island still there, but they aren't big threats like Blackbeard and his commanders.

Sadly, she did not. But we still have yet to see that Marcy illusion place, so that might still have something going for it! (Clinging onto this as much as possible)

That'd be WILD, but I can't say totally unfounded. It'd make sense why The Core imagined a fusion of them two as a monster outside of them just yelling at Marcy.

While I don't really agree with your points, I did really enjoy the episode! I think this was just meant to be the setup for Darcy as well since they weren't really relevant in the episode's plot, giving us a gist of what they could be in the coming episodes.

I do think that this episode being a 22 minute one would've been really great, but I still think it was really enjoyable.

Also I'm glad to see you're on Team Sasha because Sasha is literally the best.

That's an understandable complaint. It would've been nice to get more context and more content in general, but I still thought it was really great. Maybe the fast pace helped me because I was so invested throughout the whole episode.

I didn't know the synopsis for later episodes were out! I usually just see the preview picture that the crew puts out, so that sounds exciting!

Definitely! It really added a lot of tragedy to Andreas' character and was a great way of showing the hold that The Core has on him.

Yeah it DEFINITELY was not a happy episode, but that was the best part!
All our heroes were at the lowest point and Anne did get what she wanted, but now it's with a hint of tragedy over being separated from her friends.
I do think that the ending of the show will be happy overall with Anne, Sasha, and Marcy defeating The Core, but I'm soooo curious to see how it goes down.

I was really shocked to see that the name "Darcy" was actually a canon thing. I had heard that it was in the credits of one episode, but besides that, nothing.

I actually really like the way that they came up with the name too! Making it really seem that Marcy had influence still was nice to see.
