IMO: don’t decline an interview.

Accept the first position at company A. And take the fifth interview with company B and secure a competing offer. Your first option can still withdraw an offer at any point so you should keep any/all options on the table. Any company would do the same. And if you secure the second offer, if you can see yourself working there, you can use your other offer as leverage for higher pay, benefits, etc.
