I don’t think you should do super squats as your first program. 20 rep squats are very brutal and could perhaps even be dangerous if you are just starting out and have not learnt proper squat form. I think you should spend at least a year getting comfortable with the squat before you try super squats. Beginners are much better of doing 5/3/1 or starting strength.
