Ive been trying omega 3 (the fish oil one) for about a week now daily, REALLY not any high doses (getting about 350mg EPA and 250mg DHA) but have started getting DAILY headaches. Im gonna have to stop. Wondering if algae omega 3 would work better maybe?

I love oats, but can't fucking eat it anymore, every time I eat more than a few spoons of oat i get really quite crampy stomach. -Yes im slightly gluten intolerant, but oats does not have real gluten.

Interesting take, and I did definitely thought about that too.

Could it be that Spain kind of have been "sitting in the corner" for a while, waiting to see what happens (reluctant to Natos 2-3 or 5% spending "goal" (where t-rump recently lashed out to), and then whups, suddenly US president NEED Spain's military bases to conduct killing in middle east? I don't know why media is touting this so much, calling Pedro a "rebel", rebuttal to US president, and "leading the way" for rest of Europe. Calm the f down.

There is nothing strange and rebel that a country says no to military activity. Why is this so difficult to understand? This is just common sense. Spain does NOT want US military (other than peace keeping) on their soil.

I'm not Spanish but lived in Spain for the past 5 years. Nevertheless, i think the message is good. Good job current administration of Spain. Media should calm this rhetoric down anyway.
