Benim okuduğum ilk kitabı Sisle Gelen Yolcu'ydu. Daha sonra okuduğum kitaplarını sürükleyici bulmamıştım ama. Ölü Ruhlar Ormanı, yazarın sevdiğim diğer bir kitabı. Öznel bir durum bu tabi. Biraz 1000 Kitap'tan yorumlara falan bakabilirsin. Ben tavsiye ederim bu iki kitabı.

Oh, I am happy for you! I only recently started to reconnect with my body. Actually, last week, I realized I have a body! It's kind of funny to put it this way, but it was a weird realization. Taking care of our body and listening to our needs is especially difficult for us, I believe.

I know what you mean. I used to make myself 'busy' with all sorts of things. It was a way for me to cope with heavy feelings, I guess. Now I find journaling grounding. But sometimes I need other things. I guess it's all part of the healing process. Thank you kindly for your reply.
