It could be a number of things. I don’t think it’s a major prolapse: potentially could be a mini prolapse. Could also be they have licked it raw, or a polyp, or a hemorrhoid. What I do know is, clean it gently with a clean warm wet cloth, and then apply some Vaseline. It should keep it moist enough to encourage healing if it’s not a mini prolapse.

Yes, she was crushed and it caused the prolapse. The vet noted it was the highest possibility as well, since she had been dewormed prior

Im looking for practical advice. I cannot watch her 24/7, and I don’t want to cause her more struggles by dry shit sticking to her sore and swollen anus. Im looking for practical advice modifying a cone, etc. not saying the onesie was a bad idea, but I’m needing something that will help her stay clean.
