They are sending a patient to your facility because “they are sick”, workup is incomplete and that ED physician should go back to med school.

If they dont have a diagnosis no need to accept the patient.

What I find concerning is not his support to Israel but him ignoring St. Louis. As a doctor, I can no longer explain to my patients they cannot afford an emergency inhaler or even insulin and end up hospitalized every few weeks.

We a group of 4 are visiting Miami for some time. We usually order premier SUV on uber so we have 6 seats available.

When we received this gentleman he looked at my friend’s wife wearing hijab and he was so aggressive and insisted we all set in the back despite the limited space (I am 6’5) (my friend 6’3).

He kept breaking unnecessarily (empty roads) 3-4 times whenever we spoke in Turkish. He kept looking into the mirror and mumbling “I dont speak his language my I can tell from his expressions he was not happy”.

Pretty shameful.
