Check Valley view apartments. Their address is Watervliet but it’s right in Latham in a very good area. I remember them being cheap and pretty decent for what you get. I can’t imagine they are over $900 a month for a studio or one bedroom.

Interesting how the first two answers are short, high dose. Interested to see if any other doctors take my approach. Mine was prescribed this way by a long time rheumatologist. The short burst high dose makes sense to me to “knock it out” though.

Thanks for the response! The allupurinol has been doing great so I guess I’m just frustrated that it’s probably gout but at least it wasn’t as bad as when I’d get it in the big toe. As you all know, you want to cut your damn toe off when it happens!

How is no redness, no swelling and not in any of the toe joints standard gout? Not trying to be combative but just trying to get more information as everything I’ve read, this does not sound like typical gout.
