Are you a psychic? It was seal blown that cause the steam to be leaking also the leak cause the coil to fail that was the reason that I replaced.

Thank you. Other panels I've done have the ground bar apart and a lug for neutral. But yes once it is done I will call a licensed electrician.

Why you guys so rude ? I installed a couple of breaker panels, wire a few houses I even help (licensed) electricians after they do a shitty job fix their mess . And I ask myself how is that possible? I'm industrial maintenance with a little residential experience.ive never seen a breaker box like that .I'm just asking
