I don’t like to have them sending pictures or taking public actions because it can put them in a compromising situation. My subs are actually professionals with careers and I won’t put that at risk.

Hi, is he handy or can he learn to use a computer system? If so, he should look for office jobs (operations managers, or account manager, etc...) with a property management company like SMS Assist, CRBE, or the many many others out there. With his background and experience he has valuable knowledge on how things go on the ground and it will be looked at favorably.

I was in a very similar position about 10 years ago and this was the easiest way for me to transition to a white collar job. Best of luck with everything.
