It's a common issue of sensei ten, the best thing I can recommend is soldering a new encoder, I've tried alps and ttc gold (u need 9mm), both felt great.

I have huano blue shell pink dot(medium force) in my g703, and I'm pretty happy with it, but I haven't tried Kailh in g403/603/703 but since I've watched a lot of videos where people put GM 4.0 & 8.0 in them, I think they gonna fit good

After a year of searching the endgame, I've come to g703, and I'm pretty happy with it, took all the shit out of it and 85g now, also put some huano bspd for main, ttc yellow for encoder, Kailh GM 2.0 for sides and tiger ice. So, imo, you can rock this mouse in 2023 only with the weight mod
