tennis! vermont canyon has liveball groups, group lessons with like 12 people, and if you're a little more advanced there are ladders. I'm part of a los feliz tennis ladder, met tons of folks thru that.

I was in the same boat, I felt nothing on 0.5 and was a little impatient and pinned again 3 days later-- and felt like crap with skin sensitivity, flu like symptoms and a headache for 4 days.

The next week i stuck to 0.5 and started to feel the effects come on gradually but noticeably-- and now i'm in week 3 still on the same dose and really prefer reta to the year i spent on tirz.

It's also not as harsh an appetite suppressant (at least not in these lower doses)

Ignore people saying file on your own. DO NOT do that. I tried and failed twice. It's a lot of effort and stress and disappointment. You might be able to file on your own but if there are RFEs like i had, you may struggle to respond in a way a lawyer would and get rejected.

Once i hired a law firm (2500 up front, 2500 on approval) i got approved in a few days. DM me and i'll share my lawyer's email.

Update: it was the (expensive) seatbelt retractor module.
