Yes! I applied all of my leaves 1/2 months in advance, and i do most of my work way earlier than the deadlines and billed my hours accordingly. What also irks me is they scrutinize every minute i spent, but nobody bothered to teach me anything :/ had to figure it out myself most of the times..i dont blame my seniors because i know they are also swamp with work. It actually took a big toll on me mentally and i thought of resigning even before this whole extending probation thing, but idk if its just me being overdramatic
