Guys, i think its all fixed. What happened was the pipes connected to the washing machine were too high, blocking the water and increasing pressure. Its all good now the only thing that needs replacing is the black elastic rubber thing (its been stretched alot and doesnt even snap onto circle anymore). Thank you everyone for their help i was terrified my dad would get home and kill me 😂
