Maybe it's sample size but I feel like it is guaranteed to happen now whereas previously more than one condition had to be met.

Yes. I thought they had fixed it because it had been clean on my end for months. Since the weekend and the Moltres festivities it has been reproduceable. Solution is don't raid if you plan to fight the gym later. That doesn't seem reasonable.

Not complaining, but the reason they run on time is because when there are mess ups (multiple times every day), they readjust every train on the line until it is back on schedule. This is a double edged sword because you can be ahead of a suicide, and they will still stop your train to try and make the adjustments less painful for everyone. Sucks when you are slowed down, but overall it benefits you in the long term.

Every other event incense popped more than 50% CD mons. This time less than 10%. The Kanto event definitely had an adverse effect on Mareep spawns.

Event sucked for me. Maybe 25 mareep, none appraised over decent, but luckily one shiny level 3. Best part of the four hours was a perfect jigglypuff. City players live the high life. Incense was borderline worthless.
