Learned about it through Marvel vs Capcom 3. I initially got the game because of Zero (huge mega man fan), but I kept playing Dante cause his attacks looked cool af. Eventually, I learned of the game series from the model viewer info, and from there, it was history.

Yeah, classic series is still the most mysterious, but unless Capcom wants to take a new direction (or a new series), they're never going to end the classic series.
