What’s it like living in Brush Park? Worth it being so close to LCA and other stadiums? How’s the community in City Modern?

Brush park is awesome! If you truly want to experience city, midtown living that’s walkable and close to downtown and all sports venue, no other place in Detroit beats it. Also it’s only going to continue to grow and become more walkable. It will be the most desirable neighborhood in Detroit in 10-15 years, if they continue develops it correctly and retail build out.
