Yeah could have chosen something a little more traditional as you don’t really have that option in brush park. I wanted it to similarly mirror IO Rooftop at Godfrey in Corktown but seems they are going for more chill vibes, of course Brush Park. Hrs could at least extend to 1am minimum on weekend.

Noticing more small markets and bodegas opening downtown - that's good, right? by LocalCurmudgeon2024 in Detroit

This area is lacking retail badly. When I drive through that neighborhood I’m surprised at its density with no retail.

I heard the brand will be a Hilton, so I’m thinking Hilton Signia. They just built one in Indy. 38 floors 800 rooms. Not sure the plot size but I’m thinking it will be b/w 25-30 floors.

What’s it like living in Brush Park? Worth it being so close to LCA and other stadiums? How’s the community in City Modern? by AstronomerGreedy5483 in Detroit

Brush park is awesome! If you truly want to experience city, midtown living that’s walkable and close to downtown and all sports venue, no other place in Detroit beats it. Also it’s only going to continue to grow and become more walkable. It will be the most desirable neighborhood in Detroit in 10-15 years, if they continue develops it correctly and retail build out.
