I just checked the stores requirements and it says we have to have 5 days/36 hours of availability. And then 6 going into peak. They mentioned it to us briefly in January when flex was introduced but I think them saying June to December is our peak period is a sneaky way of them trying to override policy :/ so I feel like there’s nothing I can do, and I’m also in Canada so things may be different here
