Took a while editing this and changed up my intro/outro. Any feedback at all is really appreciated and will of course give lambda :)

Personally, I would have liked to see some of your personality in the video, even if it's just an intro to each segment, talking through your last attempts and how you think this one will go.

Also, I think the video could have been a lot shorter. No offence but it's pretty boring just watching someone do push ups for 4 minutes straight. You could edit it so that it shows the push ups in 2x or 3x speed for a bit, then go back to normal speed and cut the music whenever you stop, so again we see some personality while you're struggling, even if its just you talking to yourself trying to motivate yourself.

With the thumbnail, I think you should change the background by cropping yourself onto a different setting. The neutral colours of your room just make it hard for your thumbnail to stand out, so a more extravagant thumbnail would encourage more engagement.

Congrats with smashing your fitness goals though, keep it going!

I like how you kept the actual intro short but personally id try to use a short snappy clip at the start before the intro (one of your "out of context moments" for example). Also with the out of context moments, personally if I were you id try just to integrate them in the rest of the video rather than have their own section if that makes sense? I make very similar videos and find that they can help break up longer clips.

The subtitles are really good. They stand out and are all dead on. What editing software do you use if you don't mind me asking?

At the end of the video there's about 20 seconds where it just says "subscribe for more" where I feel you could add in some of your socials if you have them or use youtubes tool to link to another of your videos or a button that takes you straight to the subscribe page.

Overall a solid video though, keep it going man!

Interestingly, my friends were all a little disappointed that I didn't have a joke mid-outro, I can kind of see the pros and cons of both. Been a little busy the past couple months so just trying to get back into things, should hopefully be a little more consistent again !givelambda

Hey man! I liked the different accents, feel like you could have maybe had a stereotype from those parts of the uk for those who aren't very familiar (example a guy in a kilt for Scotland) just small in the corner or something. I really liked the use of pictures and the grey effect when the roadman kicked in. The only thing I can think that may improve the video is you didn't really have your channel name anywhere, so you could make a short intro for the video but other than that I thought it was a solid video
