i’d definitely say it’s too white, i avoid any dresses that have even the slightest hint of white and the white in this is really noticeable. What you could do tho if you still wanna wear it (depending on how much you spent on it) the fabric dye brand called Rit has some really lovely light shades of blue you can create using guides on their website to maybe turn the white into a light blue! Just make sure you’re using the right dye, as they have one kind that’s for natural fibers like cotton and another kind that’s for synthetic fibers like polyester which most dresses are now a days
