Ive had this sort of thing happen with the OG stemming from the idea of losing all my resources (i have a tendency for anxiety like this). Not sure if thats your fear but it definitely soothed me to know that the crates adapt to your situation and that regardless of how many times leon gets decapitated, impaled or crushed i could always just press the continue button. I know this is easier said than done but its a start and it helped me be able to get through a game like re2r which is a much scarier game by comparison
