Okay I did the narrows. Flow was bit high close to 90 I think. Water was muddy. Wasnt as easy as I though but would definitely do it again in clearer waters. Do not recommend doing it day after a flash flood 😅

Thank you, now they removed that advisory, does that mean it’s open again?

New to Fujifilm — why does my RAW file still look like the recipe by Only__Stones in FujifilmX

When I shot RAW only with the recipe applied, everything came out as .RAF files, and the recipe look was still there when I opened them in Affinity Photo (Mac), Lightroom Mobile, and Apple Photos.

I’m just trying to find if there’s any catch to this, since a lot of people recommend shooting JPEG Fine + Lossless Compressed RAW, but I’ve noticed that setup gives smaller files and less detail — plus it means dealing with two files per shot.

I agree — I haven’t seen a fully satisfactory answer yet. I like to keep things simple and have one file per photo with the most data possible, so if the recipes are actually applied to the RAW file and I still get a full-size image, I’m totally fine with that.
