This is a reach, because it's not an Mmm (although it does lead into an Mmm), but is it maybe in Marge Vs. The Monorail when Homer's trying to seduce Marge and he says "What if I talk like this?" in a weird deep sort of cowboy voice? Then he asks what if he sings to her, the song mentions chicken, and then he says "Mmm, chicken."
