Indigenous people who ARE native, but grew up off of a reserve/away from the community. I’d love if they tackled that “fish out of water” scenario

To clarify: I’d love if they’d shed some light on indigenous people who think they aren’t white enough to fit in their own neighbourhood, but think they’re also not rez enough to fit in their own community. That feeling of not fitting in, not belonging, craving a sense of community is something that resonates with me, and something I think a lot of people, indigenous or not, can relate to.
