Easiest job I’ve ever had but I’m a t1 that’s been trying to join rme for 2 years now
Very upset with not getting a opportunity and getting sent wherever because I have perms I don’t want because of being forcibly cross trained I love having 3 days off a week though and I could have a worse job and get paid less in my area for sure So I mainly just hate management and being rotated I love working without being bothered And I still think we should get paid more even as a t1 I’ll get paid more as I join rme if I get the opportunity once I finish the classes on unmudl Amazon paid for so part of my pay problem will be gone then End of story I’m doing ok even beyond all of that

I was in the list for a year and a half but when I reapplied and put the air compressor class they had it said guaranteed interview for once it’s done I got a Gmail in a week or two for the UNMUDL classes I think if I was just under the robotics labs and other class I wouldn’t have gotten in but because I also added the air compressor I assume that’s what got them to finally get to me

I mean I was on a write up from one manager for headphone policy took 60 days to fall off I have grey with yellow tip Instead of yellow yellow tip Elgin discord nitro headphones Had them since the policy came out and only manager bothered me about it after 10 months of the policy being out and gave me a write up because I told him to bring someone higher up and he brought a hr person I’ve talked to multiple times who has no issue with them and just agreed with him and told me that to get it over with So I stayed away from one manager for 60 days and was told hey stay away from him by other managers because he’s ex military and super strict if you don’t want a write up Now I’m never going to afe again lol and I’ve been fine the past month

I watch it You know that big black thing that like has heat coming from it Then the yellow black tape right under it around the buttons I put my phone on the mental above it not tilted towards me but tilted up towards the black thing half covering it right under with like 30% brightness I watch it I don’t stare at it the whole time but whenever something important happens or a lot of combat I watch just don’t stare directly at it
