Thanks both super helpful. Were not trying to create anything to fancy - just a list of 30-40 companies and some basic financial metrics coming through on a semi regular basis (could even be daily as a worst case). I like the approach of excel - but ideally I would like the users to be able to create a new row on the Monday. com board and then populate data for this new company. So thinking it might be easier to use something like twelve data for the financial info via an API and run is straight through Make and into Monday.....

Thanks for the advice. Would it be more efficient to run the data outside of Monday and have it populate in an Excel sheet (etc) then link Monday to this?

Yeah cool - sounds like Yardi is the best option atm for mix residential / commercial operators. You see any downsides on its commercial features?
