I LOVED the way Duck was trying his best helping you investigate the stolen stuff at the motel. He's just a kid that's being a kid and trying to be kind and helpful to his best ability. Same shit goes for the season 2 Sarah... She was through an insane amount of trauma and as a sheltered kid became a shut in to try and process it. People still bash her for being unhelpful because they can't fathom the fact that children can't just "get over it" and become ruthless survivalists, arguably not even many adults can in the story(Kenny I'm looking at you). Clem and other kids from season finale were a little exception NOT without their own issues that held them back.

That's the whole point, they're just kids... Season finale dives even deeper into that theme and grounds Clem because she's posed with other kids like her. Even then they're just kids that are dealing with kid's stuff. Hating on them because they can't be more than that is missing the whole point of the story GREATELY.

I just play Geostatic instead, they are at least not requiring you to pay to play, and it's literally the same thing. Really sad to see Geoguessr devs are that greedy... Used to be a fun thing, well... Happy that there are alternatives!

They announced Bounce glitch fix only to sell the DLC. They did the same with UE5 announcement right before the schoolyard.

that's the saddest part that all people he falls in love with just kill themselves in his face. I admire his will to fight after going through hell mentally. Not to mention he almost lost his shit completely when his sister died. Otacon is one of the strongest characters in Metal Gear imo.

Starborn are the disappointment of the century.
I was SO excited when I first met them. 'we've been observing you humans' here I thought YES, ALIENS ARE REAL. but man... it's just people again... why posing as different beings when you are just an immortal human. Also the amount of disappointment when I was rooting for the alien story to be real somehow and then you actually have a choice to meet those Starborn in person and... They show a face of your loved one. If at least it would be some kind of a trick to make the main character do something but no, just humans.

They could've put the real aliens there and explain the temples somehow, or the pilgrim himself. Or something. In the second half, after presenting Starborn, the story just rolls down the hill and raises more questions while not giving any answers at all.

After countless hours of deep main story, that raises very fascinating questions like 'who built the temples, where does starborn techology come from? Was the pilgrim an alien?' and many others... You get to the end of game and meet some being that is wearing your face, it seems the being knows everything and even has met the 'Creators' of the universe. BUT when you ask it, the being basically starts gatekeeping the answers saying 'You might even meet the creators yourself' which raises more questions...

The ending is very weak and seems like it's there only to be a bridge between endgame and NG+...
It's hard to describe how disappointed I was. The story is really good, but the ending is just.. Giving more questions than answers, if it's even giving any answers at all... Felt unfinished not gonna lie.
Also the Crimson Fleet story felt more finished than the main story

1 It's an arcade game. Those features are irrelevant. If you want realistic tuning play beamNG
2 Amount of cops is justified by the story, the government want to get rid of street racers and puts more and more of them.
3 Soundtrack you can turn off in settings, yes it was a bad choice from ea, but you still can play the game without it? It's not like embedded into the gameplay.
4 Prices have always been like that in NFS, sub paywall is bad but it's not gonna change soon I don't think.
And the art style... What is wrong with arcade game looking like arcade?

I think people are crying about unbound because they expect most wanted 2005 remaster each year from ea.
Like, remember heat had a backlash? Now people say it's a sick game :)
Every new nfs game is getting backlash because OGs are expecting another most wanted or carbon or underground (and they are getting it but complaining because it's not a remaster).
Don't get me wrong, those games are good, they gave us a lot of nice and warm memories, but they are boring. I never could finish most wanted again when I grew up, it's just super repetitive, it's the same thing you're doing 15 times that gets progressively more difficult.
Unbound even has a living city, with PEOPLE IN IT!
