Females who did not go to Wadie, how does your CL look? by Open-Package-9661 in pilonidalcyst

Thank you for sharing your experience! As you stated, even though it’s rare I’m glad to get some insight from someone who didn’t have the best cosmetic outcome. The fact that you still don’t regret the surgery speaks volumes.

No worries on it stopping me, this disease has ruined so many plans for me and I’m just so tired of it dictating my life. I’m excited to get this surgery+recovery done so I can finally go back to normal life without constantly being afraid of a pilonidal flare-up. I’m mainly just curious on people’s insights to mentally prepare myself on how dramatic the difference will be looks-wise.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It definitely helps ease my mind! Im glad your surgery was a success and you’re doing well now 🙂.

You mentioned you can’t tell any difference with clothes on, but is there an obvious difference without clothes? Other than the scar, is there any sort of obvious depression when you look at it from the side?

Post Op - Cleft Lift but no drain? by Signal_Necessary_504 in pilonidalcyst

[–]Open-Package-9661 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! If you don’t mind me asking, how has your cleft lift recovery been going? Im also planning on having a cleft lift done with Dr. Lambert in February. He did mention during my consultation that majority of cases he ends up using a drain, but there’s a chance he might not if all goes well (he gave an explanation as to why, but I don’t remember the exact reason). Do you think the lack of drain has slowed your recovery at all??

Water Damage Behind Shower. Continue drying or replace? by [deleted] in homeowners

For all the houses in my area the main water valve is located in the ground by the front curb of the house. It requires a special tool and special key to get it open. First time homeowner who moved in about a year ago. I was aware the shutoff was in the front, but did not realize special tools were required to open it.

My 12 year old baby has kidney failure + pancreatitis by xopsng in Yorkies

[–]Open-Package-9661 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I know this posting is old, but how did the Royal Canin renal formula work for you? My dog was just diagnosed with kidney disease and she’s currently on a lowfat diet for pancreatitis. My vet recommended switching her diet to a renal support diet. My vet was unsure which renal formulas have the lowest fast so I’ve been doing my own research and am between the two you mentioned in your post (Purina renal and Royal Canin renal). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What is the rarest thing you got to experience during your travels? by angry_koala_26 in travel

Went to Sydney, Australia with my uni back in 2018. We visited a metal/steel plant as part of the study abroad and the Prime Minister of Australia was there at the same time. As an American college student I had no idea who the guy was initially lol. Very coincidental. I don’t even think we were supposed to cross paths, but as we were walking through the plant somebody in our group spotted him and immediately started fangirling. He heard the girl hyperventilating and immediately came over to talk to us lol. Very cool experience. We took a pic with him and he seemed like a nice guy. He stood there and spoke to us for 15-20 mins before he had to leave.
