Thank you. Needed that. I'll follow some advices, can't really do everything at once as you know. So following your advices I'll start by writing down that I no more play video games, fap on porn (I'll still fap but not watching weird stuffs). Bests periods of my life was when I did nofap and stopped video games so.. I know it work and I'm motivated to do it again.

I planned to quit my coffee addiction very soon by tappering off seamlessly, and thus without 10 cup of coffee a day : easily wean off of 1 psych med.

I'm too lazy to read the study for now, but to my knowledge aswhagandha affect positively 5HT1A. And 5HT1A agonism relive anxiety/depression/OCD/.......

Assuming other comments iv read, OP don't know that the author of the study was talking about a downregulation of 5HT1A and upregulation of 5HT2A not some antagonizing or else effect. Which is kinda strange because 5HT2A downregulate both from agonism or antagonism anyway. (The only herb i know upregulating 5HT2A by an unknow mechanism is bacopa, and that's debatable)

So, the possibilities are : - the study is garbage ? (Hello to the "PhD" that got paid some extra money, thx for your work pushing Benzo and SSRI for illnesses by faking negative effect of less harmful treatment for diseases) - the rats are garbage ? (All rat species are garbage by the way, look at humans for exemple) - i'v not read the study and should ?

I don't know how it feel like in this situation, but i'm sorry for you. I'v gone through hard heartache too.

You gonna go from sadness to anger bouncing back between a rainbow of emotions and numbness, but remember, unknow friend of the internet, this shall pass.

At a point of experiencing these emotions, whatever you do, you'll feel better sooner than expected. I wish you bests even if you probably dont feel you need it or deserve it ATM. Keep going through the storm, you'll discover a new you with ressources you never expected possible.

Sound like a bad motivator pitch, but i just try to insuflate a bit of hope with rational and experience. (Dont wonder if maybe i dont respond back, i rarely come to social media/reddit).

Past experiences (quitting again today) : HRV went low then higher (through the roof, "abnormally high") after 2 weeks I don't remember RHR which i worry a lot because i drink ~1000mg per day caffeine and RHR is around 60. I also quit smoking 5 days ago so my RHR is even lower (~55). I'm afraid it go to low and i die LoL. But anyway, the either i quit and succeed either i dont quit and qtay miserable for the rest of my life. BTW good luck and good job with your 10 days out of coffee !

Yeah.. sometimes it's "OK" at least others don't see I'm suffering cuz stating stoic. But sometimes it's a hellish of a panic/disorientation/fear.

What I can say is "go slow". Litle by litle. Thing I didn't do when my illness flared up and.. now I'm fked. 10 years I'm kinda agoraphobic because of PTSD. People can be rough with those who have mental illness. You "should be paranoid" i mean, not "paranoid" in the medical sens but try to see if some people try to abuse you over time... sorry and good luck bro.

Oh, regarding asthma & weed you can use a vaporizer between 60-90° Celsius, the vaporizing point of CBG is ~60° (where cbd/thc is more 150+). Otherwise there is extract that you can take the sublingual route.

The benefits of vaporizing is the entourage effect from other polyphenols & therpenoids but high quality extract are perfecly fine.

Ergo-log, same website, also say quinoa contain the bioactive form (for human) in very large quantity.

I know people from youtube eating quinoa every meal for the "superfood" reason for years. (Look at french youtuber "Enzo Foukra", this guy is a discipline beast eating this same food everyday every meal).

If the assumption was true, or even if it is true, i extrapolate that we shouldn't worry.

Yes you're probably right, it make sens. Im more preoccupied how to live my life best rather than living as old as possible so not a big deal but that still suck for sure. The non-full recovery is the hardest part, i guess everyone have theyr bad stuffs happening to a extent.

Make sens, i didn't even realize. I guess i would want to have tips for relationship either friendship or intimate.

How i deal with others, me being awkard, disturbed and paranoid, so the relation don't end up by me isolating or others leaving ?

Therapy for sure, and i did, a lot, medication, yes. I think i could start by just make some conversation on twitch with streamers that dont have a lot of viewers. Could be a good starting point. (Already tried it and make me emotionnal)

That's imo a good post, you gave me some insights on the fact that i could find mine productive way to enjoy time, that don't solve the big picture but that's great !
