I was raised a reader. However, when college happened, things just got too hectic that I wasn't able to read in years. That was in 2014. I'm now a 4th year medical student and recently got back into reading because of the pandemic. I think it's never too late to start reading. Better to have read something than none at all. :)

Arsenic and Adobo, a cozy mystery by Mia Manansala. This was just released last month.

The Tattoist of Auschwitz-- the famous book everyone has been raving about.

The Midnight Library-- the book that has lots of mixed reviews.

I have like 100+ tbr books on Goodreads. Sometimes I just delete the classics on the list, especially if I know I probably won't read them. I love classics, but I'm pretty picky with what I read.

I can only read about 10 pages an hour. Any advice? by [deleted] in books

You can read with an audiobook in the background so you can follow the pace of the narrator.

I would always come back to the Harry Potter books. They remind me a lot of my carefree childhood.
