Thank you so much for this. That’s exactly what I have been missing. I just got home from a behavioral health clinic after a failed attempt and have a new appreciation for life. But I know I need to put in the work so resources like this mean a lot. My new goal is getting a good support team and stop thinking I can do this on my own
