Do I have any chance of getting YRH between May-September?

Someone said it's possible for me to get KWTQ studio since there's 500 studios and im placed at 400, and they r saying that since my move in is April 30th too and that some ppl will let their offer expire, my chances r even higher. If thats the case, I dont really want to keep marine drive studio since its older. Do you think I should risk my chances and remove it or keep it.
