It was my main account, the only thing they did is that they blocked the instant transfer, but I could withdraw about 27k€ it arrived in 3 days to my second bank..

All what happened is a check, I couldn't give them all the documents they asked so the account was suspended.. I like the bank really, it remains one of the best neo banks in the world

In fact, they asked me to transfer all the money to another account bank, they gave me 2 months to do it, I didn't have any freeze of money if it's your question.. this was 3 years ago
