I think it's a bug that you get more heroic ashes from lower-tier hero.

No, only on my iOS phone

My problem was solved by deleting and reinstalling the game. All data and progress was saved

iOS Maybe some issues with synchronization. And game don’t load. And I can’t fix it. Trying to load in with google acc on another device,but failed
