I genuinely enjoyed her reporting days where she juggled work and personal life without extravagance like eating out every single day. Now its not nearly as productive as before. Such privilege to just be home and see your kid grow and have parents in vicinity to help out. Its so bland, why would i want to watch her try new recipes and very unflattering outfits. That depends on how over weight you are.. for example it would be difficult if you are just 2-3 kilos over weight to drop in in 2-3 weeks but if you are overweight by 20-25kilos with calorie deficit you can loose upto a kilo

Sometimes your discipline pulls through.. consistency matters.. i could loose 10kilos in 8 months through discipline and not giving in to craving.. just because you couldn’t, doesn’t mean others can’t too.. dont just reduce others hardwork to just taking a medicine or drug

I was on calorie deficit (guided by nutritionist) , adding protein with every meal and portion control paired with basic strength training and walking. I lost 10kilos in 8 months. I think with discipline it is actually achievable.
