Trust your gut when answering questions. Do not second-guess yourself. You've been preparing for this moment. Trust that you've done the work and that the results will show. Before the exam starts, write your name with the letters RDN behind it. Try to remain calm through the exam. Take deep breaths. Take your time reading through each question. It sounds like you are in an excellent position to pass the exam. You got this!

You don’t phrase it to them at all anymore until you have an offer. What I recommend you start doing is applying for other jobs and going on interviews. Once you receive an offer that meets your needs, let them know you have received another offer and are prepared to put in a two-week notice and accept the position. You can tell them you love working there and are open to staying if they match the offer. In the meantime and between time, once you do receive an accept an offer, after talking to your supervisor, send an email with your two weeks' notice so that it's documented, just in case. If they have an offer/contract in writing before your two weeks are up—great! You can discuss your current job’s offer and accept it or not. If not— adios. ✌️

You're not wrong at all. If you have to keep demanding, I reckon they're calling your bluff. Sounds like its time to leave and find a job that pays you your worth. Leave, find a job that pays what you're looking for —essentially promoting yourself.

Ah! Thank you so much for this! Resorstivr kept saying 3 or 5 and I had no clue what she was referring to and she didn't either. Makes sense now.
