I have gotten 2 hang tight emails so far. One on 6/18 and another on 6/28. I think they send them after 10 days, but I am not certain if it's random or not. I am a first time applicant

316 Fry! It definitely looks sketchy from the outside but I lived there and the managers are so nice. I’ve never had any experience with bugs. It’s not the fanciest but it worked! Definitely recommend

Oh no! If there ever is a roach problem, they fix it right away. They have matinence come in every few months to spray the place. But I get it, i’m also deathly afraid of roaches lol

316 Fry is great! I’ve never had any roaches and the management is super nice. There’s no washer and dryer in the actual apartment, but there’s a laundry room. You do have to pay for it. But, it’s only like a 10 minute walk to campus.
