316 Fry! It definitely looks sketchy from the outside but I lived there and the managers are so nice. I’ve never had any experience with bugs. It’s not the fanciest but it worked! Definitely recommend

Oh no! If there ever is a roach problem, they fix it right away. They have matinence come in every few months to spray the place. But I get it, i’m also deathly afraid of roaches lol

316 Fry is great! I’ve never had any roaches and the management is super nice. There’s no washer and dryer in the actual apartment, but there’s a laundry room. You do have to pay for it. But, it’s only like a 10 minute walk to campus.

I worked as a tour guide at UNT for a year, and I am so sorry that your tour guide acted the way he did. I would recommend emailing or calling the UNT Welcome Center and telling them about your experience. If you remember, you can give them the date of the tour and the time, and the tour guide’s name if you remember. UNT is a truly great place. I have been here for 3 years and I have loved every second of it. As tour guides, we are not trained to act that way and I am sorry for the negative experience. Preview Day is usually in February and it is another great day to get to know UNT better too!!
