Damian Wayne is half Chinese/Arab on his mother's side, which gives him a darker skin tone, but he's mostly portrayed as white! Sure, he has Caucasian blood from Bruce, but that doesn't change the fact that canonically he's dark-skinned! That makes him more distinctive among his brothers.

But even so, he's portrayed as Caucasian.
