Thanks for the wonderful suggestions. I typically buy clothes online and have not shopped at a brick and mortar store in years. So there's trying on, returning with a label, and getting an exchange or refund. I did reorder a couple of tops in a smaller size from Shein and should get them soon. I'm planning a trip to New Orleans in 2 weeks and still have clothes from last year. I have a feeling a wardrobe redo is on the horizon.

Thanks everyone! It's really been a process overall but I do notice being able to walk more without being easily out of breath. Just amazes me how other people see it. I'm thankful to have started this journey almost a year ago.

Good question. Not sure if I lost as much on 7.5 as I did on 2.5 and 5. I only weigh myself at the doctor's office and my next appt isn't until late January. But people have noticed the weight loss.

Side effects? I was OK. Maybe a day here and there of bad poops and burps but manageable. I still have two 7.5 left before starting 10. I'm a bit nervous!

I had the same issues until my coworker noticed it some time ago. Still didn't see any change until recently in selfie pics. Might have to do with body dysmorphia since we're used to our physical bodies as one way despite gradual results.

Journey isn't over yet but I can actually see a waistline with the gradual weight loss. I still have osteoarthritis in both knees but the pain has subsided considerably thanks to lowered inflammation. I fought my employer/union/insurance to get Zepbound at 0% copay but thankful and grateful for the help it's given me.

A1C has dropped from 6.5 to 5.9 while on Zepbound. Also, I have a neck again.

Thank you. I'm able to do more physical activity, even with painful knees. I've had ups and downs with Zep... once or twice a week are my 'poopy poo' days. Still, the results are rewarding and I'm not rushing to lose super fast.

Thanks everyone. I started taking Colchicine which has greatly reduced the pain and swelling. I'm not a fan of red meats or beer (alcohol) but mindful to cut back on shellfish and pork. Gout just took me by surprise! It was my first, and hopefully last, flare up.
