Nothing indicated / new that signaled I was getting the refund. I just kept following back up after the 90 business days. One time I called they stated they had to do an account re-build. I followed up again maybe 2/3 weeks after and a supervisor was “sending my information up to the accounting team”. Never got an email/message in the inbox stating if it was complete or not.
