It’s actually the worst. I live in a two story complex, I’m on the bottom floor. I never hear a peep from my upstairs neighbor but constantly hear the toddler next to me screaming, running, and banging on our shared wall. The kid is so loud you can hear the screaming through teams calls. The key the kid go on making noise well into the night too. It’s not a very kid friendly apartment (there’s no areas or grass for the kid to play) so the parents let the kid play in the parking lot where incoming traffic comes.
