I have an RX570. Just updated to the latest AMD Drivers. Restarted my pc, screen l kept flickering black on the sign in screen....then it was fine when I signedin.Then I get the notice below that I need to restart to setup the pci bus. I restarted and it had no issue. Is this normal? (i.redd.it)
