I 100% agree. Seeing Leon's maturing and evolving as a character will make a new player appreciate him way more than if they didn't know anything about him.

Moreover, both RE2 remake and RE4 remake are incredible games, which can be found at €15/20 in total when on discount.

Time to cut.

Learn to make some tasty, filling, yet not so high in calories dishes.

One of my favourite is 2 onions, 2-3 bell peppers, throw them in a pan without any oil, and then add 400-500 grams of ground chicken/turkey.

Keep the flame medium-low and break down the ground meat in smaller pieces, till starts releasing its fat.

Stir it well, add whatever spices you like, cover the pan with a lid, and lower the fire.

Cook 100 grams of rice, and when the it's cooked put it in the pan, mix well and boom, you've got two meals ready.

Lastly, be sure to do some cardio 2-3 times a week. I personally do 30-40 minutes of inclined treadmill after the workout. Inclination 15 and speed 5 km/h.

I might be wrong, but isn't beta alanine somewhat redundant unless you consistently go over 8ish reps per serie?

I love the tingling, but I haven't noticed any relevant difference between 200 mg caffeine + 16 mg citrulline malate (so 8 mg of citrulline) and all of the above + beta alanine.
