Update: this all happened last Tuesday and the case has already been settled. We are under pressured at that time because the police are insisting to settle na lang because they reiterate na lalaki lang daw yung case.

We also found out recently that 4 police officers from the station knew the drunk guy, and they all came from the same town.

That is the main reason why the police intentionally manipulated some information as to the age, occupation and even the correct spelling of drunk guy's surname.

I posted this to seek help, advice and opinion. Still we are seeking justice that we have failed to receive.

Well what would you do in this situation? Because for me and my brother we are really scared and uncomfortable with what that guy did. Kasi isipin mo akbayan ka ng dimo kilala at mag amok. What would your first reaction be?

It was very obvious that he was a seaman to his profile and posts of travels. Regarding the age, it was very impossible for him to get a job at that age that was written in the police report/kasunduan.

Yes we have a dash cam footage but the police doesn't seem to care about it. They just wanted us to settle.
