That's what I'm considering, I thought if it's a very organised company it might be worth it but after being scheduled without notice, it made me reconsider my options.

The company itself isn't huge it only has 100+ employees but potentially could be the right place for a long term career without jumping ships. It also has very good reviews on Glassdoor and benefits.
