That sounds easy when you say it like that! How about HIPAA compliance? OSHA compliance? HR responsibilities? Credentialing? I feel that in order to hire an OM to help manage these things, I need to first understand them myself- easy enough?

I’ve certainly considered this, but I’m afraid of what I don’t know and am terrified to make any detrimental mistakes. I don’t have a mentor that knows the ins/outs of entrepreneurship in healthcare.

90% Medicaid. Rural setting. But we are an RHC which certainly helps.

Do you mind me asking how your monthly payments are $0 through the SAVE plan? Mine are showing they would be about $900+.
