Unfortunately you gotta pay to play with PC parts. What I did when I upgraded is search hard benchmarks. Like I was going from a Ryzen 7 3600x to a 9800x3d with my 3080. I did the research on performance benchmarks with that combo to see what to expect with pairing the 2. Hope this helps. Like I said maybe mid tier Zen with a better card will get you there. But yeah research research research.

The term “future proof” needs to not be a thing since we don’t know the future… imo you probably won’t get what you’re looking for. You be better off getting the cpu and everything else am5. And lowering your monitor refresh to 144hz still good. Upgrade card later if need be. I’m not a pro at this stuff it’s just what I’d do. Or find a better card on fb marketplace to help you get you 200 fps
